These terms apply when you buy or use X1 ORBIT Pro from RAYN MOHAMED AYAS MANSURI, RAYN ("we"). By buying you agree to them.
The product
X1 ORBIT is a desktop app for Windows. Pro is a software licence key that unlocks extra features in the app. Monthly keys work for 30 days per payment; Lifetime keys work for as long as the app is offered. A key may be used on the number of PCs shown at purchase.
Free trial with auto-pay
The free trial gives Pro for 3 days at no cost. To start it you set up an auto-pay mandate (UPI AutoPay or a card) through Razorpay. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the monthly price shown when you started is charged automatically every 30 days and each payment adds 30 days to your key. You can cancel at any time on the Cancel auto-pay page, in your UPI app, or from Razorpay's email; after cancelling nothing more is charged and Pro works until the days already paid for run out. One free trial per person.
Not financial advice
X1 ORBIT gives market data, analysis, backtests and education. It is not investment advice. It never trades on its own: an order reaches MetaTrader 5 only after you press Confirm, and always with a stop loss. Past results do not promise future results. Trading involves risk of loss; all trading decisions are yours.
Fair use
Do not share, resell, crack or try to bypass the licence. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly or used against these terms, without refund.
Third-party services
Some features use services you choose (AI providers, market data sources, Telegram, your broker). Their availability and terms are their own.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the key.
